- Graphite Gasket for use in Vacuum Casting for sealing of the flange and the casting chamber. - This graphite gasket is suited for 6" casting flask, is 1/16" thick material will withstand temperatures of up to 1200°F - 649°C. - Gasket are long lasting, can be used even when they wear down to almost paper thin. - Note: The Graphite gasket will last long and can be used as long as they are handled properly… avoiding cracking or breakage, they are subject to breakage. - Graphite gaskets can be used in combination, along with silicone gaskets for optimum vacuum seal and heat protection.
